How do I communicate with my assistant?
You choose how to communicate with your virtual assistant. Your VA is 100% dedicated to your agency and process. Whatever is most convenient or used in your agency, such as soft phone, email, whatsapp, skype, google hangouts, or zoom. We can have it set up with no hassle to you.
Can I see my Virtual Assistants resume?
The short answer is yes! We can provide their resume as well as a short bio about the assistant and a video showcasing their skills.
How are your assistants communication skills?
All of our virtual assistants are bilingual in English and Spanish at a high level. If you are looking for specific skills, we will discuss this in our initial meeting. This way we can pair you with the best match. Our assistants will also have a short video and bio available for you to review.
What if I am too overwhelmed to train someone?
We have you covered. All of our assistance have been trained in basic service tasks such as data management, inbound calls, email management, and appointment scheduling. Now depending on our industry, we have specific assistants that have more extensive training. You will have to show them the ropes of how your business is run, however they will be ready to provide your business value from the start.
Where are you located?
Our office is located in Stuart, Florida. With all of our Virtual Assistants based in the Americas, mainly Mexico.
Do I need to provide a computer or equipment?
There is no need to provide any equipment to your VA. We have equipment them with everything they will need to be an effective member of your team. If there is a specific request be sure to let us know!
